The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali

- Right on the beach - Very nice pool - Very good breakfast, although cheese board could have more options and they can be more attentive to directions at the egg station. - Great water pressure in the bathroom. Initially we did get a room that didn’t have any hot water but they changed the room, which solved that issue. - Lovely staff - Amazing beds - Great live music at the pool bar

Pool and facilities were perfect for a family group of 16 whose ages ranged from 1 to 75. Everyone was catered for with the minimum of fuss. The staff were very friendly and very patient and accepting of the various issues that can arise with young children.

This is our second time at the Westin and glad we returned as everything was great, especially the friendly service and staff. Arung, Tika at reception & Jonny at the swim up pool bar. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice. our room was 4038 ‘premium wing’ if you can book this it’s huge and fabulous bathroom separate bathtub 🛀 and walk in shower, also walk in wardrobe bathrobes, slippers and huge bed 4 bottles of water each day. swimming pool is awesome too.

We loved the breakfast, there was something for everyone! The pool was amazing, our daughter loved the slide. The kids club was fantastic, loads of different activities each day. Staff were very friendly and made sure we were well looked after. We stayed in a pool access terrace room. It was in a great location location, very close to the pool and beach. I would recommend upgrading to one of these rooms. Heavenly Spa was fabulous! Worth every cent. Both my husband and I enjoyed our treatments and the spa is gorgeous! We felt very pampered. Prego restaurant is well worth a visit too. We had dinner twice there and loved our meals. The grounds of the resort were very well maintained, beautiful! I would definitely stay at The Westin Nusa Dua again.

We had such a lovely time at The Westin. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and extremely prompt. The pools (there are 3 separate pools) were incredible, always a perfect temperature. The breakfast options were incredible, as were all the other restaurants - specifically Hanabe the Japanese restaurant. Make sure you do the Teppanyaki if you get the chance. The rooms were more than spacious. There was a mild issue with the beds for our first night but by night two it was all sorted. My partner proposed whilst we were here and he said they were super helpful, prompt and gave so many different options for his idea.
